I was contracted to conduct a thorough review of the existing user journeys in the app (the copy of which was created by different people, not all of them copywriters), as well as to work on some future ones. I was also asked to review all of the copy on the website and offer landing pages, emails, FAQs, and SMS/notifications, as well as to write a copywriting guide/tone of voice document. This involved wearing multiple hats; marketing writer, UX writer, content strategist, and more.
