I was commissioned by Circles (an Sodehxo company providing workplace hospitality services to corporate organisations) to write a thought-leadership e-book on trends in workplace hospitality for 2024-25. This involved researching topics, submitting these topics for approval, writing the book, and working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to get the piece signed off.
