I was commissioned by CNN Create to write a series of articles sponsored by the Azerbaijan ministry of tourism to promote the country as tourism destinations. Creating these involved desktop research and, in some cases, interviews, as well as unpacking information supplied with the brief. These pieces had dual sign-off, from CNN and from the client.
